Please help us Welcome Donna Hahn as our new Program Coordinator. She will office in the house and work directly with our families and volunteer mentors. Donna is no stranger to HOMe. She was an original Board Member, our first Community Coordinator (until I was hired 2.5 years ago) and has experience serving as a volunteer mentor to our families since 2017. We are thrilled to have her back serving in this new position!
